Details : The popular nationwide mortgage lender needed a revamping of its website and online application to appeal to consumers in an ever-increasingly competitive market. I was responsible for the front-end design, usability, and aesthetic of the main online application, as well as reconstruction the entire site using grids and web standards. For the main site, I improved a vendor's mock-up design and aesthetic by applying techniques for enhanced usability as well as web practicality. My work in grids and web standards became a base foundation for enterprise design across ditech and its parent company GMAC Mortage & Financial.
Results : Change Sciences Group reported ditech.com as the second best nationwide mortgage lender website for usability in its 2008 Kantuit Report: “The Consumer Experience of Mortgage Web Sites”
